This refund policy has been compiled to better serve those who make purchases through Latin Dance Events. Please read our refund policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we handle returns, exchanged and refunds per various parts of our site.
TICKETS (Concert, Theatre and Sporting Events) through 
All sales are final. As tickets sold through Latin Dance Events are often obtained through the secondary market and prices are determined by the individual ticket seller, the prices for tickets may be above or below face value. Tickets sold through Latin Dance Events are from a third party; therefore, the buyer's name will not be printed on the tickets. Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect the buyer's ability to access the event. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, purchaser will need to contact the ticket seller for a refund. The ticket seller may require purchaser to return the supplied tickets at purchaser's expense before receiving any refund purchaser is entitled to due to cancellation. Latin Dance Events is not responsible for providing or securing this refund for purchaser. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original order. Conversion charges, including though not exhaustive of the ones issued by purchaser's bank, if any, are not covered by Latin Dancing Network, LLC or Ticket Seller. Neither Latin Dance Events nor the Ticket Seller will issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When purchaser receives tickets, purchaser should keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets.
LATIN DANCE SHOP (Dance Shoes, Apparel, Bags and Accessories) through
Our Refund Policy only refers to items actually purchased through the Latin Dance Shop site. Any items that you wish to return that were purchased through a link from our site must be handled directly with that distributor.
If you subscribed to a recurring month-to-month plan, your account may immediately be downgraded to a charge-free account and paid features will be inaccessible, but no credit will be issued for any pre-paid fees. If you subscribed to a yearly plan, the downgrade will only be effective at the end of the then-current annual billing period. If a credit or refund for yearly pre-paid fees is desired, you must submit a written request for consideration. If refunded, your account will be downgraded immediately and a refund amount will prorated and sent back to you. To cancel payments made through PayPal please click here for directions to do so.
Since these products are not purchased directly through Latin Dance Events, you will need to contact the provider where you made the purchase directly for any refunds.
