Review Guidelines

Latin Dance Events allows its site visitors to write reviews for various businesses and individuals in the Latin Dance Community.

Where we hope that our reviewers will have a little couth, we also know that someone could have disappointing experiences and may want to express them colorfully. So we felt we should provide our reviewers with a few guidelines, just in case.

Inappropriate Language: Foul language, i.e. blasphemous, obscene, vulgar, or otherwise offensive, is not permitted. Threats, harassment, hate speech and other bigotry reviews will not be tolerated.
Relevance: Your review should be relevant to your experience and not about the business/individual's employment practices, political views and so on.
Privacy of Personal Information: Please do not make public personal information about individuals or employees at establishments. Examples might be giving someones full name or specifically pointing out someone by a detailed description.
Making Demands on the Business: A review is not the place to demand refunds. These should be handled with the business/individual directly.
Conflict of Interest: Employees or business owners should not write reviews for their business. Friends or relatives of owners or business networking groups are prohibited as well. The reviews should be objective and unbiased and come primarily from customers or clients.
No Promotional Content: Reviews should be of an experience with said venue/individual. Spamming a listing with information about the business, or even a competitor, is not permitted.

Please Note: All reviews submitted are personally reviewed by Member Services to help police such content, and such content only, regardless if the review is good or bad. Latin Dance Events reserves the right to reject a review if it is in violation of our guidelines, in which case the reviewer will be notified.
