The Studio allows anyone to create and share educational courses on Latin dance and music. We do review each course before publishing, however, we do not edit these courses and cannot assess their legal compliance. This is why it is essential that instructors on The Studio respect the intellectual property rights of others.

The form below is intended for submitting trademark takedown notices. If you have a good-faith belief that an instructor is infringing on a trademark owned by you or an organization you represent, you may use the form to submit an official complaint. Alternatively, you can send a complaint by U.S. mail, following the instructions outlined in our Intellectual Property Policy.

Please remember that submitting a trademark takedown notice is a serious matter. Knowingly submitting false or misleading infringement reports may result in legal consequences.
